CityNews: Toronto, Get Ready To Scramble!

Toronto is finally getting into some crazy pedestrian action with the introduction of 4 Scramble intersections! Should be fun for the first little while as people figure it out! What is a Scramble intersection? Basically, all cars stop, and pedestrians can cross any which way they want, including diagonally across the intersection. Then the cars can go (one direction at a time, I’m hoping!) but no pedestrians can cross while cars are going.
