NY Times - Apple Offers New Goodies in Leopard System

Ah, good ol’ David Pogue. He hits on some very good points, including the tricky nature of this release, which is mostly about OS features and less about nuts and bolts. OS X is pretty mature and stable, so what do you do? It’s a fit and polish release, and notably, it’s not just for newer machines. Pogue says that because of it’s relatively light system requirements, Apple says Leopard will run on 3 year old Macs, or even the high end machines of 6 years ago! Try THAT with Vista!
